A Day Usage fee is required for daily use of the property by organizations. The fee includes access to the entire camp with exception to Archery, Shotgun Range, Rifle Range, Cabins, Bow-hunting, Watercrafts, and the Lodge — which can be reserved for an additional fee.
The areas included in the Day Usage Fee can be individually reserved if needed, including the Conference Center, Amphitheater, Woltering Chapel, O' Pavilion, Activity Field, swimming, fishing, and campsites.
The Day Usage fee is $4 per person, per day ($500 daily maximum). Non-profit and for-profit corporations instead pay a flat usage fee of $1,000 per day Mon–Thu or $2,000 per day Fri–Sun, with the event staffed by Whispering Pines, based on availability. The Conference Center, Chapel, Amphitheater, Pavilion, and Activity Field are included in the $4/person charge but need to be reserved if used.
Activity Areas: Archery, Rifle Range, and Shotgun Range are $20 each to reserve (certified instructor required). Swimming is included with Day Use (certified instructor required). Watercrafts — canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards — are $15 per craft, per day (certified instructor required).
Overnight stays require the Day Usage fee. Campsites are included with Day Use, so Veterans and Scouting America groups camp in campsites at no charge. Rule Cabin, Renschen Cabin, and Nutiket Lodge are $50 per night; book 5 consecutive nights and the 5th night is free. Lakeview Cabin is $100 per night Mon–Thu and $125 per night Fri–Sun.

Day Usage is waived for sponsored organizations — Veterans, sponsored by Veteran Funds, and Scouting America units, sponsored for 2026 and 2027 — and they camp in campsites free. Everyone else pays the same posted rates, WPofCC Patrons included, and cabins, activity ranges, and other rentals are charged at those rates for all groups. All groups may book up to six months ahead; WPofCC Patrons book up to nine months ahead.
