Reservations

Whispering Pines spans over 167 acres.  This camp includes pine forests, creeks, lakes and numerous trails to explore.

Whispering Pines is opening on August 1st, 2022 to reservations. 

Whispering Pines is NOT a public campground, only approved and selected groups may place a reservation.

Permitted groups include (but are not limited to): Scouting Programs, 4H, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Community Link, School Programs, Religious Retreats, programs & events, Youth Safety courses, Veteran and Disabled American programs and more.  If you are not certain if your group qualifies, please reach out to us at reservations@wpofcc.org.

Each group must be prepared to present the applicable group insurance policy upon request.

General Policies:
-Check In Time: 4:00 – 7:00 PM
-Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
-Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
-Quiet Hours: 10pm – 7am
-Fire Rings are provided in all camping sites. No ground fires outside of the ring.
-Please make use of the trash barrels. Please bring all trash upon checkout to the dumpster.
-Latrines & Restrooms are available in the various campsites. Please do not flush or place trash in the toilets.
-Parking. All vehicles must be parked in the main parking lot over night. Unloading only in campsites.
-No alcoholic beverages.
-No fireworks.

Reservation & Donation Policies:
-Your Credit Card will be charged immediately upon making the reservation. All receipts will be emailed.
-Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to cancellation of any issue.
-To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please email reservations@wpofcc.org
-Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.

Donation Guidelines:**

-Camp Sites, $10/night
-Fishing/Day Use: $2/per day person
-Boating: Kayaks & Canoes Available
